My name is Amanda LeNay, and I am a strategic PMO executive with a master's degree in engineering from Stanford University and thirty years of experience in the tech industry. In those thirty years, I have spent time answering phones in a call center, supporting clients on-site, building and maintaining servers, coding applications, running portfolios, programs, projects, departments, and managing resources and cross-functional teams both domestically and internationally.
The many years I spent hands-on in various roles have shaped how I view delivery and operational strategy. I have walked the mile in a lot of shoes in large enterprises, small agencies, and start-ups, giving me a deep understanding of how to deliver value in a predictable, sustainable way.
